All online payments are made by secure server through PayPal.  Credit and debit card payments can be made with or without a PayPal account. You can also pay online with your bank account by establishing a PayPal account.  Checks and cash are also accepted in the Annual Fund Mailbox in the school office.  Checks should be made payable to Barton Hills PTA.

Annual Fund Donations

Important: When you check out, please fill in the field "How would you like Annual Fund gift acknowledged?" with how you want to be acknowledged in PTA publications. (The Smith Family, Joe and Donna Smith, Anonymous, etc.)

(donation covers one directory, one t-shirt, one yearbook and one PTA membership)

Eagle: $150
Bald Eagle: $200+ $
Golden Eagle/Grandparents $
Any amount gifted by a grandparent will be recognized at the Golden Eagle level.
All donations over $25.00 are tax deductible. Barton Hills Elementary PTA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

One t-shirt and one directory is provided to each student at BHE.
